The narrative in itself shows brilliance in juxtaposing two characters who share the same goal of avenging the death of their loved one in a society where one cannot rely with the police and other institutions. ***SPOILER ALERT*** They both decide to put justice in their own hands, reaching the extreme point of killing the people responsible for their loved-ones' death. Is it better or worse than Thor, that's a good question. I say it is better than Thor in terms of action, but worse in terms of the story, especially on the plot about Loki.

The movie was much more than that. It was also how women were subjected to second or even third class citizen. Back in those times, it was very difficult to be a woman, so a lot of women went through extreme in trying to survive. I thought Glen Close Character was very good, she played the same role on a Broadway play, I thought she was good, but I wasn't convince to see her as a man. She was too stiff, unnatural, not real, and I fell sorry for her character, and how she ended it up losing …
