This was based off the young adult novel that everyone liked ten years ago? Hell, this is what the young adult novel was about that everyone liked ten years ago? This is A ****ING STAR WARS RIPOFF! George Lucas is within his rights to sue the ass off the studio who released this film and the snot nosed teenager who wrote the crappy book they based this crappy movie off of in the first place.

I guess I'm the only one who kinda liked it. Honestly, I don't think it was that bad. The imagery was good, and so was the story-line.

"Well there's this young farmboy see, and he lives with his uncle...let's call him Duke Styporker. He can be played by some characterless pretty boy with an English accent, like that Hayden Christensen dude! EVERYBODY liked him...am I right or am I right?!"

"No, no...nothing like that! That had that cool, charismatic Scottish guy voicing it. We'll just get a Satnav to do it and make her communicate through thought so we don't have to make its lips move...that oughtta save us a few bucks!"
