This baseball comedy is extremely farfetched and some of the more slapstick moments don't work. However, the energy and commitment of the actors is contagious and the film is still incredibly enjoyable.

For a short time in my life I was mildly obsessed with movie or more accurately Charlie Sheen in this movie . . . I have moved past that, but still think its a quality sports comedy. Lots of crazy characters and some nice shots of both good and bad baseball.

I hate sports but thought this was funny enough that I bought it. The side-plot/romance with Berenger and Russo is unnecessary, but luckily is also a small part of the movie. Lots of funny lines.

Though funny at times, I still can't stand sports movies. This is better than "The Replacements" but that doesn't stop me from not really caring for it. Don't get me wrong, I watch it every time it is on, but I can't say its a good movie?

Another loveable loser sports comedy, but Major League is on the better-than-expected side of the fence. The casting helps a lot - Charlie Sheen, Wesely Snipes heck, even Corbin Bernsen - all create memerable characters. Funny and enjoyable
