Plot: An insecure patient with the uncanny ability to cling to his therapists is recommended to Dr. Leo Marvin. He takes an immediate liking to him, but is thrown into despair when her learns the doctor is leaving with his family on summer vacation. Another great comic turn by Bill Murray as a chronic neurotic ingratiating himself into his increasingly exasperated psychiatrist's life. Murray and Dreyfuss are great together and it skillfully sidesteps the kind of saccharine soaked schmaltz you'd expect from this kind of family comedy.
