Richard Pryor and Gene Wilder have chemistry that can cure almost anything. Just not this movie's underwritten script.

A lowest of the low concept "comedy" that reunites Pryor and Wilder in a partnership that wasn't that funny in the first place.

for me, this is "superior fire power", best work of them twoo. Clean, witty, and manages to keep going with it: the simple ideea from the start, a blind man and a deaf man, rolles until the end and streches my "sense of smile" into laughs. Also, Joan Severance is totaly noticed!

Pryor and Wilder are still good together. This movie is funny, but not as funny as their other two on screen team-ups.

This is Richard Pryor at his very best. There's so many funny scenes in this movie, it's hard to pick which one is my favorite. But, when Gene Wilder holds up a beautiful, naked woman with his erection, which he is pretending to be a gun, that is definitely memorable.

Two guys one deaf (Wilder) and one blind (Pryor) get framed for a murder. They must now work together to catch the real murderers, and clear their names.
