What can I say about this movie.... Great screenplay.... Wonderful direction by Coen..... Great storyline..... Suspenseful from start to finsh.... Was on the edge of my seat during the whole movie!! Josh Brolin's best performance. And even Tommy Lee Jones performance was almost as good as his performance in Blown Away. But the movie is made by the performance of Javier Bardem. He deserved the Oscar for his performance as a mean SOB of a bounty hunter. One of the most disturbing yet dynamic villians of all time. I have watched this movie at least 10 times already and could watch it many more times. A must see!!!

This movie kept building, BUILDing, and BUILDING to a masterpiece. I thought for sure it was going to be one of my favorites. Then..... The ending. I never read the novel so I didn't know what to expect. Josh Brolin is a true character actor. His performance is nothing less than brilliant. For the other cast, there performances was great and they really brought the characters to life. The movie is a smart thriller. It is a good movie but I am still not a fan of the ending.

It's hard to classify exactly what genre this falls in, but I know that I liked No Country for Old Men. A great villain, good cat-and-mouse chase, great scenery and spectacular violence. The ending is abrupt, but didn't ruin it for me.

This was a good movie. I can see why it won the Academy Award for Best Picture. It had that Academy feel to it. I don't know if I would ever watch it again but I had fun watching it once. Over all the Movie left me feeling Saticfied and also wondering what I had just watched at the same time(Was is it a story or an action movie or a drama or a dark comedy?). That is in it's self is truly impressive. I would have to say that half of my enjoyment came from Javier Bardem's Oscar Winning Performance. His character was great and I would recommend this movie to anyone on his performance alone. Finally I would recommend renting this one from your local video store.

Can you say pycho!! I think that Javier Bardem deserved that Oscar that he one! Wow he played one crazy dude! The movie scenes were so dark, that I had a hard time knowing what was going on and I really didn't like that. It was interesting to think that this was 30 year ago and the 'old' ones thought things were so bad. It really was nothing compared to today. The bright spot of this movie was Tommy Lee Jones, I enjoyed this character but not much else.

Easily one of the best films of the year. The Coen brothers land another excellent film that can creep you out, excite you, and make you laugh, all in the same sitting, which will mostly take place on the edge of the seat. It will be a true crime in film if Javier Bardem does not get a Best Supporting Actor nomination for this masterpiece!

At the end I really didn't know exactly what this movie was about, but I enjoyed it and the story was good, it just seemed to end without really resolving what needed to be resolved. You can tell it was a book first.

Takes an old story and breaks all the rules and cliches. A fantastic and near perfect movie. Too many place too much importance on the ending and not everything that happens before it.

This movie was outstanding until the very end. I was on the edge of my seat with suspense. The filming was beautifully done the storyline is very good. And then suddenly at the end a crucial event happens but you don't get to see it happen and the movie continues on like it was no big deal and after this event like something significant is going to happen but it never does. Leaving you with a "WTF" thought running through your head. It feels like someone was making a movie, then for some reason right at the climax, they quit and someone else had to take over but with no clue what was to happen from that point so just threw random scenes in. Despite the confusing and letdown of an ending this is still an awesome film and a must see.
