Don't let the pairing of Chris Farley and David Spade fool you. "Black Sheep" is a comedy disaster.

This is another great result of Spade and Farley pairing up. No, it is not better than Tommy Boy, or anywhere near. Yes, it is still a funny film and a great watch. Good re-watachability.

Light plot, characters that were impossible to be real because of their actions and screenplay just wasn't funny enough. Spade is a good support and Farley's antics seems repetitive. Soundtrack was good though the overall execution could have been better. Black Sheep is a decent comedy about divulging the malicious methods of succeeding in politics.

Just like 'Tommy Boy', I was left shaking my head at the attempts of comedy. Spade is still the only one that manages any chuckles.

There are some standout parts, but overall this is nowhere near as funny as Tommy Boy. I still think the pairing of Farley and Spade is great, but they just didn't have enough to work with here.
