March of the Penguins is the most relaxing and the most excellently shot documentary of 2005. Morgan Freeman's god like voice made this worth a watch.

Just amazing. Breathtaking and exquisitely beautiful. And really, really cute. Anybody who doesn't say "awww" during this movie clearly has no heart

A great documentary that I saw with my family in the theater. The story of family amidst the harshest realms on Earth drew fanciful parallels to that of mankind, nature imitating the greatest apers in history: humans. A beautiful soliloquy to the heart and soul of nature itself, detailing the exhausting exodus to create life and sustain an entire species, "March of the Penguins" is a hit.

Ok you know this movie is amazing I am guessing that you people know nothing of penguins and you do not have it hard like they do. These birds are trying to survive in the harshest place on earth and they are so dedicated you really have to understand and give empathy to it. You cannot really rate a documentary as bad because its real life

March of the Penguins is a cute documentary that helps teach the way penguins interact, but that's pretty much it. There's really no re-watch value for March of the Penguins. Sure, Morgan Freeman's voice sounds great, and the penguins are cute, but after watching the movie once, there's really no reason to watch it again, unless you're studying penguins.

A very good learning tool of this beautiful breed. The only problem is that now that it seems I know everything about them, there are still movies that are coming out about Penguins. It annoys me so much that I have to knock the documentary
