While not the most consistent of the spoof comedies, "Hot Shots" has a big enough heap of chuckle worthy gags.

This film is better then scary movie and vampire suck. Hot shots is a really funny and more funny then scary movies.

Fun with food and airplanes. You should do your viewing of the movies they're spoofing and get help from a friend if the cultural references elude you.

Sometimes it's funny, but, mostly, Hot Shots! feels like a half-assed Airplane movie and doesn't fully captivate.

A fast and goofy spoof done in the style of 'Airplane'. Fills every scene with gags and a great majority of them are worth a laugh.

This movie is probably my least favorite of the parody movies. This movie does have a good cast however. I guess I would go with Top Gun before watching this one again.

Along the lines of Naked Gun and Airplane! this spoof film takes all the guy-friendly war films (most notably, Top Gun) and turns them on their ear. It's goofy, slapstick fun that's good enough for a few laughs anyway.

Movie doesn't hold its appeal like the first time I saw it. Funny parody's of every modern movie is what made this movie original along with cheesy word-play. If you like Airplane and Police Academy you will love this film.
