A classic that has as much star power as it does charm.

Hokey but sweet romantic drama featuring good performances from Gregory Peck and Audrey Hepburn.

A slight but sweet piece of romantic fluff with Gregory Peck and Audrey Hepburn making an adorable couple, but there's very little to it.

A fun 'day off' story that has a good balance of humor, drama and a little romance. It feels refreshingly non-formulaic and sweet. Peck and Hepburn are as genuinely likable as always. The ending could not be more perfect.

It's definitely not your average boring romantic comedy. It has real charm and genuine humor.

This was the first Audrey Hepburn film I saw. This movie made me fall in love with her. She was adorable! This film made you want to go to Rome and ride around on a scooter with a handsome Gregory Peck!

A classic exploration of Europe. Audrey Hepburn lights up the screen in every movie she is in and this is no exception. The sheer light-hearted nature of this romantic comedy is contagious.

a sweet romp with an unforgettable ending. I'm not a huge fan of 24-hour romances, but the conclusion is regally perfect

Roman Holiday is one of the very few "flawless" films in the history of film making. In Audrey Hepburn's first American film, she steals the show. It is impossible to take your attention off her. Not only is she beautiful, but talented as well. She has a great sense of timing, and this is so important for any actor in a comedy. Each scene is beautifully shot in the city of Rome, making it a delight for the eyes. Gregory Peck has incredible chemistry with Hepburn, and is a delight to watch. I would recommend this film to anyone; young, old, male or female. This is a timeless classic and the platform from which Hepburn became a huge star and made her mark on American film, fashion, and style.
