This is Guilty pleasures at it's best right here. Adam Sandler's Water Boy is about a lowly water boy for a local college team becomes the new star player when the coach discovers his talent for tackling whenever he's put down. This movie is silly and really stupid, but at the same time it has heart and Adam Sandler did good in this movie.

Sander went a little too far for me in this flick. It gets some brownie points for being a sports-comedy which isn't done often and is always a good watch. I just felt like I was watching an actor too comfortable with what he had been doing. He squeezed this one in right after 'Wedding Singer' (one of his best). This movie, for me, showed the decline of Sandler from stupid-fun movies to stupid-stupid movies and finally to stupid-family movies. He does rescue himself with 'Funny People' though.

What, a movie about an underdog? Some good actors mixed in with some OK actors, and Adam Sandler. Fairuza Balk does a good job in this.

There's a certain charm to this underdog story, but it still can't quite escape Sandler's typical annoying and whiny onscreen persona. Rob Schneider also, unfortunately, pops up a lot. Funnier than most Sandler movies, but still not great.

Generic Adam Sandler film with plenty of screaming, dumb jokes, funny accents and general sophomoric plot. I've seen it before, and it's getting old now.

I reallly hated this moive and I was really dissapointed that Adam Sandler did such a bad movie.
