The set-up is disturbing enough and serves as real-life nightmare fuel. Imagine just camping outdoors, minding your own business, and you are exposed to a deadly nerve agent. Truly scary premise. George C. Scott tries to build atmosphere in the director's chair, but there is not much in the way of suspense. I think his acting is fine;in fact, no one is really bad here. But the movie feels like a TV production.
