"Avengers: Endgame" does things mostly right. Characters get their moments and the the film creates a looming sense of dread not common in the MCU. Overall, it's the most ceremoniously perfect way to close the book on an adventure that's been over one decade in the making.

The Russo brothers have accomplished the impossible. Bring dozens of characters from over twenty different films over an eleven year period together for a slam-bang final confrontation with their greatest foe, the alien megalomaniac Thanos. The original cast from the first Avengers all do a good job and some characters (especially the likes of Iron Man and Captain America) get to demonstrate their dramatic chops. It is a long sit though and some characters do get short-changed. Perhaps that was inevitable. But it's really nit-picking while so much else works so well. The payoff for the closing climax is probably the most satisfying ending to a superhero movie in years.

“I know I said no more surprises, but... I was really hoping to pull off one last one.”
After the shocking cliffhanger at the end of ‘Infinity War’, the question that ran through our head’s was “hmm...what just happened?”. Heroes disintegrating out of existence before our very eyes with the last remaining soak up the reality of their failure, and the antagonist finally at peace knowing the monstrous deed is done.
We’re in the Endgame now.
‘Avengers: Endgame’ perfectly wraps up 22 movies in a grand and spectacular scale. For a movie that’s three hours long, not once did I feel the length as everything flew by (in my opinion). There's so much going on. The fact this movie even exist and payed off as well as it did, it’s nothing short of a miracle. It all …

The culmination of the entirety of the MCU to this point gives you everything you have come to expect from this series - action, humor, emotion - while providing a worthwhile ending that serves as a reminder of the past that also bodes well for the future.
It's tough to review Endgame because just about everything good about the film would also spoil it. So I can't get into that much detail. The film picks up where Infinity War left off - the Snap heard round the universe - as Thanos took out half of all life, everywhere. Our heroes who are left want nothing more than to figure out how to set things right, and know that the Infinity Stones hold the key. But even though they track down Thanos, it seems all their plans are for naught. The film then gives us a five-year jump where the …

My Box Office Prediction
Opening: $265 Million
Domestic: $693 Million
Overseas: $1,504 Billion
Worldwide: $2,197 Billion
My Say: I think this will gross more than Infinity War because this is likley the last time we’ll be seeing some characters, plus with the epic finale like tone, Endgame will likley at least pass Titanic worldwide.
