John Travolta is certainly still cool in this. Despite this coming out after "Battlefield Earth". Some of the cast does fine like Uma Thurman and Cedric the Entertainer. Future star Dwayne Johnson is pretty funny as a gay bodyguard;yes I'm serious. But this is more scattershot than "Get Shorty" and not quite as funny.

Nowhere near as smart or memorable as the first film. Instead we get stupid added caricatures, like The Rock as a gay cowboy.
