a different kind of comedy that has some of the best one-liners out there. Clooney and Nelson are laugh out loud hilarious.

This is a Coen Brothers' film, so it's strange and way-out-there. I think that you either love the Coens or hate them. I love them. Their off-beat look at the world is quite funny and provides plenty of political satire and commentary. There are lots of good lines in this show too.

Good music, but poor adaptation of The Odyssey. I really disliked it, but not as much as Entertainment Weekly who gave it an F (minus?). I will say it's a C grade.

This movie is responsible for the renaissance of bluegrass. Another great, original Coen Bros movie. The cinematography/light filters lend great color. One of John Turturro's best.

A highly original take on Homer's Odyssey with a bluegrass/country score that is easily one of the best to come out this decade. This may not be everyone's favorite, but it works on many levels for me and that's why it's so enjoyable.

Interesting and original to say the least. While not the Coen brothers best, it is entertaining. I like the adventure they take, but there is nothing in the story to propel it to greatness. Good, though.
