It's time "The Fisher King" is at last recognized as the masterpiece it is. Terry Gilliam's madcap farce about suffering and redemption is an odd invention, but it's surprisingly powerful, brilliantly acted, and contains two of the most original love stories ever seen on film.

I heard this movie put schizophrenics in a bad light. But, I couldn't disagree more. It was wonderful.

A pretty decent movie that gives me confidence in both Bridges and Williams. While it is the not most rewarding film I have ever seen there were many times when I was happy with it. Not Gilliam's best so be careful, though it is good.
