A cool mix of sci-fi and comedy. Of course, nothing much about the story, I even predicted the twist. But all the cool stuff are fun and entertaining. Stiller-Hill-Vaughn-Ayoade is not bad at all.

The Watch was GARBAGE! The movie trailer looked funny so I think that's what made me want to see it in the 1st place.I guess I should've known it was going to suck when it had 2 of my least favorite actors (Vince Vaughn & Ben Stiller) Jonah Hill was hilarious though & the funniest actor in this piece of crap. There were about 3-4 funny scenes which I can't even remember at all so I guess that tells you how much I think about The Watch. Most of the humor felt forced & I love potty humor & everything but that's all this movie was.I sat through it all just waiting for it to be over & the thing that amazed me most is that I didn't fall asleep 1 time

Maybe it's because my expectations were rather low, but I ended up liking The Watch more than I expected. While the film dragged and had its share of stupid running gags - there were some genuine times I had a great laugh. Great cameos from the likes of R. Lee Ermey and an uncredited Billy Crudup help move things along. While he may have been overshadowed by the bigger names - Richard Ayoade had the best lines (and the best performance) and I hope to see more of him in the future. The story has a bit too many cliches and too-predictable twists - but, for a comedy, I would still recommend it in a pinch.

I expected this to not be good, but then some people told me it was hilarious. So I went in with an open mind. It wasn't bad. It wasn't great, but it wasn't bad. I was very excited to see Ayoade in a Major Feature film. Not a familiar face to most, but he is from a Birtish sitcom "The I.T. Crowd". I am disappointed that his role in the movie was overshadowed by the other characters. Hopefuly he gets another chance. I feel like this movie was a break for the cast. It didn't require much effort, and i feel the actors took advantage f that. It was flat and uninspired. Still worth a watch.
