"The Darjeeling Limited" contains classic Wes Anderson details as well as sense of character and purpose that he doesn't usually make known amongst all the eye-candy.

Worth watching! I had fun and enjoyed it so much. I'm becoming a fan of Wes Anderson's films now. The cinematography and all the visual elements just perfect and compliments the material very well. My favorite part was when the three brothers rescued the three local children. I wish Anderson creates more film like this.

A typical Anderson film with his trademark style and the usual cast of characters. I love Anderson, but this one just didn't seem to have what his other great films (Rushmore, Life Aquatic, Moonrise, Budapest) did. Those films made you care about the characters. Quite honestly everyone in this film is detestable except for the villagers. They're the heart of the film. If you like Anderson, you're going to at least like this film, you might even love it. All of his tropes are here. If you don't like Anderson, may I try and convert you by telling you to see Moonrise Kingdom or Rushmore first. Anderson is one of the greatest working directors today.

Although it doesn't reach the depth of human emotion that Tenenbaums or Rushmore does, Darjeeling Limited is a welcome addition for those who love Anderson's quirky and colorful style (I do.) The deadpan humor and spot-on casting makes for a light-hearted (mostly) and enjoyable experience, though not the deepest.

Entertaining in the way that only Wes Anderson's films are. Neither the worst or best of the director's work, but at least it's consistent. I found it pleasing and chuckled throughout.

I really enjoyed this film, with a presence of great actors working with a great director that they have all worked with in the past: and to this, a great deal of chemistry is brought onto the screen. Wes Anderson's style is visually interesting, as well as being rather droll, making the "boringness" of his plots even more interesting with the quirkiness of his characters. Owen Wilson does well as the leader in this film, and is accompanied by a handful of equally quirky characters. A win.

Wes Anderson continues his run of quirky, yet entertaining, films. Adrian Brody meshes well with Anderson veterans Wilson and Schwartzman. It has that mix of comedy and melancholy that only Anderson can make work. A fine film.

Wes Anderson continues to be one of the most consistent directors working today, if not to a fault. If you love his style, then you'll love this movie. This film seems a little more well polished and focused then his last couple of films, with a nice dash of spirituality thrown in. Clever, funny, and dry as a desert, Anderson does it again.
