High art this is not. But it's undeniably entertaining in that disposable trashy fashion. Madonna is not a good actress but she looked her best with or without clothes in this movie. Willem Dafoe does try to give a credible performance. It doesn't always feel genuine but its' a noble effort. If you like courtroom dramas but think there is not enough hardcore sex, Body of Evidence will suffice.
