Crazy stunts and wildly choreographed fight scenes are the only draw for this slapstick action-comedy. Jackie Chan plays a naval officer in 1800s Hong Kong who is tasked with cracking down on piracy and corruption. The dubbing and humor is dumb but the action is commendable.

One of Chan's lighter and funnier beat-em-ups. It comes complete with some cool fights and unique stunts, as usual. The bicycle chase through narrow streets is particularly creative.
