It proves just as moving as Disney's other animated films despite its black sheep image.

A fun and cute movie but lacks a few thing that keep it from the better categories of kid movies.

The story isn't the usual by-the-book Disney type. I thought Lilo and her older sister shared some great moments. Though, I didn't care for the alien Stich and the sci-fi action bits felt out of place when put beside Lilo's sentimental story. Also, I didn't find most of the 'jokes' funny.

This is definitely more on the kids side of Disney films, but it does have some fun energy and a few more tongue-in-cheek adult jokes. Overall, not among the Disney classics of animation, but it has a good message about family which ultimately makes the film more heartwarming than expected.

I really wasn't sure about this movie the first time I saw it, but after watching it several more times, I thought that it was very cool, very loving, and very interesting. The thing about "Lilo and Stitch" is that it holds many adult themes that add to the fabric of the comedy. Adults and children find their own charm in the film. Themes about loss and economic distress are interwoven with themes of individuality and and true friendship and family. A good film, though not one of Disney's perfection films.

This was a cute movie but I think I had heard to many people say they like it so much that it didn't live up to my expectations and the expectations I have for Disney. Over all if you have kids wait for it to come up on the disney channel if you don't have kids, wait until you do.

Some how I missed this Disney movie and it took me a very long time to see it. I thought it was cute, not one of Diney's best however. From the begining I thought that it was a little deep for kids. The Elvis music was enjoyable and it was touching to see a family come together, however different they were.
