I've never liked the story of Peter Pan and hated all other versions I've seen of this tale. I did think Hoffman was good as Captain Hook. Didn't like Roberts as Tinkerbell -- she just couldn't pull it off. Williams is funny but is still Peter -- a character I can never warm to. I did think the idea of Peter having grown into a man and forgotten who he was was clever. All in all, it's an OK film.

This is my favorite Spielberg movie. I guess I'm glad I saw it as a kid. Julia Roberts as tinkerbell, Dustin Hoffman as the bad guy (probably the first Hoffman role I ever saw), and this movie definitely made me love Robin Williams. I've forgiven him a lot over the years because of the firm foundation. This was either Gwyneth Paltrow's first or second role. A good beginning.

A big name director, big name actors - a recipe for success? I would think, but somehow this fairytale falls flat and the magic never materializes. There are some great moments, but it can't save an otherwise dull film.

Boring movie with great actors playing stupid parts. Not a big fan of Peter Pan, but I think that could have been done better, considering is Spielberg's flick.
