Somehow Tyler Perry has a knack of writing films. They always have a soap-opera quality, but they're touching and endearing. They're shot with a low budget and they always make money. Story: a mechanic has three daughters. His wife wants full custody and may get it because her boyfriend is a drug dealer and they make tons of money and can support the family. It's a really sweet movie and you feel for the characters. It makes me want to see more of Perry's films, but I don't know if I can watch the Medea films.

This movie was okay. It was predictable and there were some parts that were just annoying. Gabrielle Union seems the same in every single movie. There was a good story behind all of this, but I think it didn't translate into the masterpiece that Perry thought it would.
