Another series with no sign of slowing down

Fan freakin' tastic!!! How anyone in their right mind could sit and condemn this series is totally beyond me! State of the art CGI action coming out of your ying yang with colorful charectors of epic proportions!! In this latest gem from the cream of the crop action blockbuster director Micheal Bay we see that after a series events revolving around NASA's moon landings, the evil Decepticons still ruled by and evil and steel fist of the villainous Megatron (Voiced by the ultimate villan actor himself Hugo Weaving) plans on turning mother earth itself in the new home planet Cybertron. So it's once again up to the autobots along with human Sam Witwicky (Shia Lebeouf) and his new girlfreind Carly (Played by newbie Rosie Huntington Whiteley) To once agon restore peace on earth!

Good One but Too Long

Without the knowledge of everyone in the Earth, when U.S sent people on the moon, it was not just an exploration but was another political move. The Autobots have Sentinel Prime on their side, not until they find out a secret allegiance kept since Neil Armstrong and his team stepped the dark of the moon.

First of all, this movie was a long one for me, more than a couple of hours i know. The movie started boring and confusing for me. I haven't seen any Transformer movie before, well, I remember I saw one but I didn't pay too much attention to it so I forgot what it was all about, all I remember was Megan Fox was there.

But surprisingly, at the middle of the film, I liked and appreciated the story, though I wished it ended when the Autobots flied away from Earth, I loved the …

OH, MY ACHING HEAD !!!!!

My advice - Do not pay to see this in a theater. Rent it if you must; at Redbox when it becomes available on dvd. Better yet, ( Just forget they made this third movie attempt), you will be thankful you did. This was a strain to sit through. The animation characters far surpassed the human acting one hundred fold. I sat through the whole movie only to leave disappointed and very very exhausted. The first two transformer movies set the ground work for this, the third movie in the series, to be the best. Of course, it failed horribly. Megan Fox can be truly thankful she was not apart of this movie. What got me is they tried to start this movie by showing Rosie Huntington-Whiteley's behind - really!!!
I never was able to settle in and enjoy what I was hoping to be the best Transformer …

Better than the Sequal

In the third movie of this series, Transformers: Dark of the Moon was quite a bit better than the second movie, but still lacked some of the things that made the first one pretty good. The story was much improved, the premise tied in well with manipulating actual history, and made the movie very interesting. With Rosie Huntington-Whiteley replacing Megan Fox I wondered how the two would compare. Rosie did quite well, in fact better, than Fox. Her acting was actually really good, and nothing was lost in terms of a hot side-kick girl for Shia. The overall series still seems to rely a little bit too much on shaky camera action scenes, CGI, and non-stop action, but you also go into these blockbuster, high budget films, with that expected. It is definitely a movie that is worth seeing, …

Third Time More Charming But Not Without Fault

Chris Kavan - wrote on 07/03/2011

I have to say after the disappointing sequel, I didn't have much hope in this third entry. I have to admit, while Michael Bay is still, well, Michael Bay he managed to fix a lot of what I felt was wrong with the second entry and improve this third film.

The film has a strong opening - I love the old moon landing footage with new movie footage as the whole setup for the film is that during the Cybertron war a ship escaped and crashed on the moon with the ultimate result that the entire U.S. / Russia space race was actually a cover to explore the wreckage.

Flash to the present when the Autobots are now a secret weapon against terrorists world wide while our hero, Sam Witwicky is now just like the majority of college grads: looking for a job and mooching off his girlfriend. Megan Fox …

No Fox No glory

After a slew of bad reviews that i decided not to read because i didn't want my judgment of the film be clouded i finally saw transformers 3 and from my point of view only one word came to mind "exhausting". Yes it was a notch better than revenge of fallen but i really thought that there isn't enough story development. What happened was it sticks to what bay is good at, action scenes and what's exhausting is he prolonged it like it was never going to end. There's nothing new with transforming robots, frankly it feels so old seeing them again. What draws me is what else could blow my mind and after sitting through it for two hours, well fact of the matter is nothing did. Even the new girl brings nothing new and she looks out of place most of the time. I think she can act but this is just …
