While not wild about Otto Preminger before, I really liked this movie. It exceeded my expectations. I wanted to see it before the remake came out. I think it was surprising and a good look into mental illness.
Carol Lynley is good and it's a shame we don't hear much about her today.
This movie excels where movies like The Forgotten and Flightplan fail miserably.
