Tiresome sequel where Liam Neeson is basically Harrison Ford in 'The Fugitive'. Both him and Forrest Whitaker do try to give some dramatic weight to the thin plot. It's honestly pretty brutal of them to kill off the ex-wife in such a callous manner. It does not help that the action scenes are almost incomprehensible with the editing.
