Film noir about an FBI agent teaming up with Interpol to bust a drug trafficking ring that's led by a devious Trevor Howard. Mature looks pretty tired as the hero but Trevor Howard is creepy as the villain. Bonar Colleano offers some much needed comic relief as an informant.
