Sci-fi thriller about a group of young women trapped on an island facility ostensibly for treatment. Naturally things aren’t what they seem. It’s just strange enough for some moments to leave an impact. The ending has a solid twist. Milla Jovovich is having fun acting crazy and sinister. Emma Roberts is a little too bland as the protagonist. Eiza Gonzalez has a more interesting backstory, it’s odd that she’s not the lead.
