Awesome action/martial arts movie that is a vast improvement over its generic predecessor. Jing Wu's immense charisma as an action lead carries the flick and Frank Grillo is having a ball as the villain. The over the top patriotic jinogism in China's favor is extremely silly though. The action scenes are spectacular and the violence is always hard hitting and bloody good.
