A rousing feel-good sports drama about the real-life experiences of two Indian teens who were selected through a contest to become pitchers for a major league baseball team. Jon Hamm is their self-centered agent who learns to care for his clients-with the help of his winsome neighbor (Lake Bell). The mood is light and and the cast is charming. Every once and a while there's an overlooked gem that's not an action film or a drama or a horror flick but something that is highly entertaining because it just happens to remain suitable for the whole family. For 2014, a contender for that could be Million Dollar Arm.
