Pitt's accent is terrible. I expected more from him. This movie was very slow, and I couldn't connect with the point. I know the point, but thought it could have been told in a more interesting way. Pitt fans will be disappointed.

I disagree. It was Nominated for a Golden Globe!! The movie tells Tibets struggle and real true story,how it was, how it's been occupied. I enjoyed this movie, it was very pleasant to watch. The film takes us to a World many of us have not seen or know about. The the beautiful mountain landscapes and the music performed by John Williams alone makes it worth watching. You learn alot about Buddhist practices and traditions. Very educational!
