The French Connection Review comment
The French Connection's a good, well-done movie, which I've also seen more than once. Gene Hackman is excellent as "Popeye" Doyle, and the other actors/actresses are great, too. French Connection is an indication of how so many movies of eras gone by were far better than many of the movies being put out nowadays.
