A film noir that rests on the passion and paranoia between the main couple (Garfield, Turner). Hume Cronyn is good as a slimy lawyer.

I thought this was a terrific movie. The tricks that the lawyers play are particularly interesting.

I've never adored Lana Turner, but this one exceeded my expectations. Even when I saw Osessione before it.
