First in a long-running series of comedies, the original 'POLICE ACADEMY' turned out to be a surprise hit. Is it that good and that funny? Not really but it's not annoying either. There are a few good jokes but it's more hit-or-miss. Maybe everyone was distracted by Sgt. Callahan.

Full of unfunny, juvenile, classless, and sometimes cruel gags, this lame farce is one of the worst comedies that was popular in the 80s.

Airplane was more smarter and funnier then this movie because this movie is boring and not funny and I really don't want to talk about this movie it is nothing to talking about.
