A fun musical that manages to capture smalltown drama, while, at the same time, showcasing some of the most fantastically colorful and beautiful musical sequences in musical history. The songs are each so memorable and well-done; one of my favorite musicals of all time.

Such a fun musical, "Music Man" is Meredith Wilson's opus of genius. With the very first rap in recorded history and some of the best American-themed plot, this is a story of heist and love. Wonderful and fun (though not the best version I've seen), its a movie that every Mormon family watches and everyone should follow their example.

This is a wonderfully, fun musical. Keeping in mind that it's made in the 60s and about a small town in the first half of the 20th century, there are lots of laughs and fun songs.
