Plot: A young man living in 1997 named Sung-hyun, receives a letter in his mailbox from a woman named Eun-Ju, instructing him to forward her mail to her new address. This is another one of my favorite movies from Korea. The American movie "The Lake House" with Sandra Bullock and Keanu Reeves was based on this movie. The former owner of a house at a lake leaves a letter in the mailbox for the new owner to forward her mail to her new place. The two continue to write to each other by leaving letters in the mailbox. They become friends and eventually fall in love. Then they discover that they are living two years apart and arrange to meet. The score to this movie is beautiful and is some of my favorite music of all time. I was lucky to find the 3 disc DVD set of this movie. The third disk was the soundtrack and I listen to it frequently.
