One of the worst, cheapest-looking animated films ever put out by a major studio, "We're Back! A Stupid Title Dinosaur's Story" is dingy, asanine, annoying, cloying, and so indecisive of of whether it's a Disney or Don Bluth wannabe, that it just rips off all of the above.
