Nice, although not as good as the book. Also, the movie cuts off in the middle of where the book is, but still!

An effective film about a poor family living in Brooklyn. It is a film where you get to know the family well and understand their characters well. Its sweet, heart warming and heart breaking all at the same time. I liked how the film liked and I like the effective background music that you can always here like it is coming through the window.
