It's a mad, hysterical, riotous, hilarious world! Never before had a comedy packed an entire generation of actors and comedians into one movie. "It's a Mad, Mad, Mad, Mad World" is a seemingly endless thrill ride of comedic enjoyment.

It may be overlong and overstuffed with recognizable funny people (all just acting crazy and not as actual characters), but the sheer size and insanity of this farcical adventure is enough to merit a viewing or two. In the end, the journey is more fun than the destination.

There are bloated segments of this film that drag, but they are very few and far between. For the most part, the manic screwball comedy energy carries the film and Stanley Kramer skillfully juggles multiple intersecting storylines with ease and hilarity.

A funny film with a lot of comedic actors and a lot of cameos with most of the time serious actor Spencer Tracy in the lead. Its a funny film because I laughed at it. There were various scenes that were funny. It made no attempts a being serious and allows its self just to be funny. A lot of the cameo's are very funny.

A bit on the longish side, but mostly worth it.

By far one of my favorite comedies. Tons of great actors and actresses, great one-liners, and many cameos! Buddy Hackett and Jonathan Winters have to be my favorite roles in this one, and Jerry Lewis' cameo is hilarious. This is a very long movie and what I consider a "British Style" comedy.
