1 year later. Does it still hold up after the hype has died down? It’s not the anti-Christ that film Twitter makes it out to be. There's a lot of good here. Although the hype moments do age it a bit, as the "cheer moments" are now just silent moments with everyone sitting quietly to watch it. But in emotional and serious scenes, I appreciated that the film didn't spoil them with jokes like most MCU movies do. The car scene where Wolverine snaps at Deadpool was truly excellent, and Hugh Jackman commits fully. It's entertaining and heartfelt. Those who claim this is the worst movie ever should watch more films.

Unabashedly over-indulgent sequel that gives comic book fans all the Easter eggs and cameos they were looking for. Some like Wesley Snipes as Blade are worth the wait. I was even intrigued by Jennifer Garner's Elektra or even Dafne Keen from the overrated LOGAN making an appearance. Emma Corrin as Cassandra Nova is a suitably threatening villain to balance out Deadpool's schtick. Seeing Hugh Jackman reprise his role as Wolverine is satisfying. The action is pretty good but I think it was more memorable in DP2.

oh my god lets start by saying i was already super pumped for this one and boy it did not disappoint so much fun action packed just sheer enjoyment and laughs i shouldnt have to say this but do to the amount of children in my theater i feel i gotta stress THIS FILM IS NOT FOR CHILDREN !!!! dont be like the morons that took their kids to see this but aside from.that this is a absolutely wonderful film so so much fun and enjoyment

A spledid mess that is more for the superfans than the casuals, "Deadpool & Wolverine" doesn't pull off the multiverse thing as gracefully as "No Way Home," but definitely does a better job with it than DC's "The Flash."
