City Slickers 2 tries to be as funny as the first movie but it lacks the charm and heart which carried that film even during its sillier moments. There are intermittent laughs to be had. But not many. The cast is certainly trying with the material.

Another romp with Crystal, Stern, Palance and newcomer to the scene, Jon Lovitz (you either like the guy or hate him). This is more adventure than western, and not as fun as the first. Decent, but not very memorable.
