It's just a Larry the Cable Guy movie acted out by the cast of "Cars."

Cars 2 is what happens when you take a relatively solid idea for a martini espionage movie, make the protagonists sentient cars, and then merge the whole thing with Larry the Cable Guy's stand-up routine. It's CARcinogenic.

I totally agree with Chris Stuckmann on this movie.ightning McQueen, teamed with Mater, goes on an international tour to race some of the fastest cars in the world. This movie sucks with out no doubt, the movie felt boring and it lacks on the story which is a disappoint.

Hey Boys and Girls!!!! Here Tow-Mater for 2 hours. Weak sequel to one of PIXARS less-imaginative movies.

Overloaded cast, jets that make them faster and iffy one liners. It's plot tried to be too Bond-ish and the heart and charm of the first just dwindled. This was like viewing a videogame instead of a film. Kids will like this flick but I have a feeling film aficionados and animation lovers would be somewhat disappointed. This was pure excess compared to the first installment. Cars 2 may be eye-candy, story-wise and lack of interesting characters were definitely evident.

Being a big fan of the original Cars movie, my family and I really looked forward to this one. I did love that all the original voices were back. Adding Michael Caine to the cast was an amazing choice. I didn't really care for everything being set in Europe and taking Mater completely out of his element, but it was a fun movie none the less. I may watch it again at some point, but probably never as much as the original Cars.

If you hated Cars, you're probably going to hate this one, but, as someone who felt the original Cars was a fine family film, I enjoyed the characters and humor of this film. The animation is typical stellar Pixar. Yes, it's missing the emotional connectivity and heart of better Pixar films, like Wall-E or Up, but it's still an entertaining ride.
