Hell yes Liam Neeson is going to kick some alien ass but it's too Bad that he didn't. Battleship is a fun action movie but they are Bad thing's about it like Liam Neeson didn't kick some alien ass, he just standing they doing nothing. The good thing about this film is the visual effects are good and the action is fun too.

Went into it with the smallest of expectations and was surprised to find a watchable movie. Will not re-watch but it was worth the first.

I had higher hopes but the battleship blasted my hopes away.... Loots of macho types who have just one mission: be the best and better than all the others. The battle between the earth ships and the alien vessels is more than unrealistic..... unbelievable they won....

i really enjoyed this movie i started of the usual silly american noncence but became very entertaining great battle scenes and plenty of action that never lets up when it gets going. the aliens are silly more like hilbillies than aliens and it has the usa flag waving cornyness to it but overall supriisngly enjoyable if you ignore the weak points.

This movie is a giant action movie along the lines of (you guessed it) Transformers. Though it is better than Transformers 2 and 3, I wouldn't call this movie awesome or anything other than a solid action movie. One thing that stands apart is that most of the movie tanks place on Battleships. The action is great but don't hope for a story.
