Undeniably silly and corny but there is some schlocky enjoyment. Chow Yun-Fat is a likable protagonist who holds wisdom but able to be wisecracking. Sean William Scott is kind of a doofus sidekick though. The villains are cartoony but enjoyably so. There are some decent fight scenes. Not on par with The Matrix or anything by John Woo. But there is a cool fight on a rope bridge and lots of kung fu in the end battle.

This movie ended up being better than I thought it would be. Its kind of kiddish, but I enjoyed it. Chow Yun-Fat and Seann WIlliam Scott had good chemistry together. An the movie had an interesting concept.
