Just a complete mess and utter waste of time. Nothing redeeming at all. The original wasn't great, but it went where movies hadn't before, it had engrossing stories at the least. This is just like, "What were they thinking?"

Hapless miner Tyler is transformed into the incarnation of evil by a mysterious glowing crystal. Julie is a gun-toting, vengeance-fixated woman who'll stop at nothing to put Tyler in his place. awful and ugly movie with such horrible sense and ugly animation.

While the original Heavy Metal enjoys a certain cult status for its sex, drugs, violence and rock n roll - this follow up, while sticking with the violence and sex, but has a dull story and kind of crappy animation.
