Boring 'cops vs drug dealers' plot coupled with bland characters makes TEQUILA SUNRISE a tough sit. But hey, it looks pretty. Plus Raul Julia actually livens up the picture once he arrives onscreen, seemingly from a different but far more entertaining movie.
