I really like Billy Wilder, so I tried to see this despite the poor VHS tape I had rented. It would skip out every five seconds or so and it was hard to tell what was going on. To make things worse, I can't stand Jean Arthur and Marlene Dietrich didn't have the hugest role. But whatever.
