This movie has some pretty good acting despite the silliness. If only the jokes landed more often than they did. When there is a good joke, it really works. But when it does not, it is uncomfortable and awkward. Liam Neeson is not a bad fit as the new Frank Drebin (or his son rather). Pamela Anderson is absolutely wonderful at her comic timing. I never would had guessed an extended joke about a live snowman would be the best part of the movie.
