"A woman doctor?!?!? The idea! Bah humbag!" is the recurring joke in this western-drama about a female doctor arriving in 1880s Santa Fe. I suppose neither Greer Garson or Dana Andrews are bad per se but they're not necessarily memorable. Lois Smith provides much needed energy as Garson's tomboy assistant.
