No joke- I really shoulda. In short, I went to the movies on a whim and was in the mood for an action flick. "Why not?" I though thinking my mood would allow me to tolerate even a bad sci-fi venture. This was beyond bad though as you know =)

Dude, what was the atrocity known as Babylon AD?!? I just sat through it and good lord almighty was that phenomenally bad on a rare level! I do believe watching that film will drive people to alcoholism in hopes of forgetting it. =)

You're spot on with this one. I started to have flashbacks of how much I enjoyed Heat, the coffee scene they had, and their smack talking before watching this. I haven't been able to bring myself to write a review yet though =)

Holy Lord! I'd have the VHS ready to show anyone who came by!!! That's amazing. I also would have been saying wierd stuff to him like, "i'm so glad you killed Capt. Kirk and I enjoyed the Fantasy Island reboot!". Awesome though, aesome.

Aeon Flux Review comment
Preach it! I enjoyed the animated series- though its eccentric oddities were inexplicable and confusing most often. The live-action Aeon Flux is just horrid though.

You hit the nail on the head. I remember being buzzed, excited about Empire and even the Cartton Network shorts, but when I saw this I was just numb. Even the kid in me that still enjoys Batman, et al, couldn't find fun in this. Such is life though ;)

I agree with your Clone Wars review and wonder why they're re-trekking this already seemingly old terrain. Hopefully the upcoming TV events will be a tad respectable.
